Jason was extremely good at communicating and prepping for the problem as well as keeping me informed on the job. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be resolved on the day (product problem rather than Jason not being able to fix things for us). He didn’t charge us. We will definitely use again as he’s clearly a trustworthy tradesperson with good knowledge and has respect for his customers.
